Hi, I’m Jenny! The heart and creator behind my personal coaching brand, Soft Soul Collective. With over 10 years of experience in caregiving and nursing, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments. But what I kept seeing—time and time again—was how many of us were struggling long before a diagnosis or crisis ever happened. I often wished I could do more to help people before they reached a breaking point.
That wish became my mission.
Now, as a certified health and wellness coach and certified personal trainer, I guide others in creating sustainable, aligned habits that support both body and mind. I help people who are ready to start, but aren’t sure where to begin—or who’ve started and stopped more times than they can count. Whether it’s building strength, creating consistency, or finally feeling good in your own body again, I offer personalized support that’s rooted in compassion, structure, and nervous system awareness.
